1. Bookings
- All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or approved channels.
- You must provide accurate details (name, phone, pickup and drop-off locations).
- We reserve the right to refuse service for incomplete or false details.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.
- You must behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by you may result in charges.
5. Company Responsibilities
- We strive to provide reliable and timely taxi services.
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
6. Limitation of Liability
L.A Taxi Ontime shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
