• We reserve the right to refuse service for incomplete or incorrect information.

2. Pricing & Payment

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

• Respectful behavior toward drivers and passengers is required.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
