1. Bookings

- We reserve the right to refuse service for incomplete or incorrect information.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Taxi fares are calculated based on distance, time, and type of service.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Respectful behavior toward drivers and passengers is required.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
